• Payments: Payments for services are processed through the app using third-party payment providers. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the services booked.

4. User Responsibilities

• Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing accurate information when booking services. This includes service location, special instructions, and any requirements specific to the cleaning task.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Platform Use: Alfred Hub is provided “as is,” and we make no warranties regarding the reliability or availability of our app. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Alfred Hub.

6. Dispute Resolution

• Complaints: If you are dissatisfied with the services, you may report the issue through the app. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute but do not assume responsibility for the actions of third-party cleaners.
